Welcome to our booking site for Whangarei Holiday Houses and Rarotonga Beach House
- Please ensure you select the amount of guests BEFORE ticking the dates reqiured (otherwise the calender will show as Not Available on the dates reselected), If this happens go back to default guest amount (2 adults ) remove the ticks on the selected dates, enter the correct guest numbers (dates will then quote the correct daily rate) then select the property dates required.
- Note: If you make an error and exit halfway thru the booking process, the website will hold your attempted booking in a booking basket for 10 mins for you (you will note this if the days you attempted to book are sold when you return to the site). Just click the Book Now button again and you will be taken to the original booking where you can continue with the original confirmation or cancel the reservation.
- If you prefer to Direct Debt just email us an enquiry, we will send you a booking invoice with our account details. Once you have made payment text me and I will secure the dates.

- Note: Due to the extra servicing costs associated with short stays, Booking less than 3 nights (5 nights 20th Dec - 20th Jan) a $10.00 per guest short stay fee (one off fee not charged per night) is additional to the Booking
